4. Shipping and Returns
Shipping and delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Returns are governed by our Return Policy. We offer free 30-day returns on eligible unused items returned in their original packaging. Please note:
• Free shipping is only applicable if the final order total, after all coupon discounts are applied, is above final $99.
• If the product has replaceable batteries, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
• If the product has a non-replaceable battery, it may be eligible for return/exchange.
