Tracking numbers will be shared via automated system emails as soon as the shipping carrier scans the physical parcel at the dispatch center.
In accordance with standard commercial practices and Section 2-509 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), the risk of loss and legal title for all products shifts to you, the buyer, the moment our fulfillment node delivers the package to the common carrier.
We are not financially liable for parcels stolen from entryways, verandas, or porches following confirmed delivery by the carrier's electronic tracking system. If your tracking code states "delivered" but the package cannot be found, you must file a formal missing parcel claim directly with the specific courier service.
The buyer is strictly responsible for ensuring that the full shipping address, apartment/suite designation, and contact telephone parameters are typed accurately at checkout. We cannot modify shipping paths once our third-party logistics applications transmit data to the international dispatch centers.
If a shipment is marked "Returned to Sender" or fails to deliver because of data entry errors by the buyer, the buyer assumes all loss. We will not issue complimentary replacement shipments or refunds for customer address errors.
