1. CRITICAL AUTOMATED ORDER CANCELLATION DISCLOSURE

Because our e-commerce operations use digital application integrations linked directly to global manufacturing hubs (including Third Party Dropshipping nodes), all submitted orders are immediately processed, financial holds are executed, and logistical data is routed to fulfillment facilities for rapid packing and dispatch.

Consequently, we cannot guarantee order cancellations or modifications once payment is completed. If you wish to cancel an order, you must notify us immediately at info@batteryoperatedtoys.com. If the warehouse has already processed the shipment, a cancellation is structurally impossible, and you must receive the parcel and follow the standard return protocols outlined below.

2. THE 30-DAY STANDARD RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 30-day return policy, which grants you thirty (30) calendar days from the date of verified courier delivery to request a return authorization.

To maintain eligibility for a voluntary return, your product must be in the exact condition you received it: completely unused, unboxed, with original factory tags intact, safety seals unbroken, and completely preserved inside the original manufacturer packaging. Items that show signs of usage, altered hardware doors, battery terminal scuffs, or modified external packaging are not eligible for a refund.

3. VOLUNTARY RETURN PROTOCOL AND DOMESTIC DESTINATION

To initiate a return, you must first secure a formal Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by contacting info@batteryoperatedtoys.com. Returns sent back to us without a prior authorized RMA request will be rejected.

  • Return Shipping Cost Liability: For all voluntary returns (such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing choice, or unintended purchases), the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping fees.
  • Domestic Return Routing: Customers do not need to ship parcels back to factories overseas. All authorized domestic returns must be securely packed and mailed directly to our verified Florida headquarters:

4. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT GOODS CLEAR PROTOCOL

We enforce a strict evaluation protocol to protect our business against fraud while quickly resolving authentic manufacturing errors:

  • If a battery-operated toy arrives broken, fails to power on during the first test, or is the completely wrong item, you must notify us at info@batteryoperatedtoys.com within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery.
  • Mandatory Photographic & Video Evidence: Your notification email must include high-resolution photographs of the outer transport packaging showing the shipping label, plus clear video evidence demonstrating the internal defect (e.g., showing the product failing to operate with brand-new, verified batteries properly installed).
  • Resolution: Once our compliance team reviews and verifies the structural defect, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped at our expense, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. EXCLUSIONS FROM REFUND ELIGIBILITY

The following items cannot be returned under any conditions:

  • Products that have been subjected to water damage, dropped, or modified by the user.
  • Products where the battery compartment screws have been stripped, modified, or forced open improperly.
  • Gift cards, promotional vouchers, or items purchased during clearance events.

6. ARRANGEMENT OF FINANCIAL REFUNDS
